So like yeah, about time this post came up! The gang and I headed to Pulau Tioman for a much needed vacation in April (I know la long overdue, but what the heck =.=)
We wanted an island vacation that was affordable yet comfortable, so we chose the Panuba Inn Tioman package as it totally fit our requirements (CHEAP + AFFORDABLE). Check out Hanie's blog for a detailed breakdown of the packages and prices.
The gang met up in the then-functional Puduraya Bus Terminal to catch a 6pm bus (like waddafark the trip only is about 6 hours). What to do, the midnight buses were full. Crap.
What to do when we arrived at Mersing in the middle of the night? Bum at ANY possible location la! We ended up sitting at a mamak for a few hours waiting for the ferry to arrive at 6am. Champion tak? Dahla kena naik 6pm bus, tambah lagi it stalled even before getting 500m away from the terminal. Good job Transnasional! Well at least we didn't have to wait long for a replacement bus...
Anyway at the arrival terminal there was this group of kittens (the most adorable btw), kiut giler, terpaksa tangkap gambar.
Anyone wanna say that this isn't the cutest kitten everrrrrr? Geram sial.
Once we checked in and settled down (barely even 11am), the boys headed straight for the sparkling shimmering sands and waters. Except Miss Hanie who decided that it was too hot and instead took photos.
"Look dear, look at those cute frolicking creatures of the sea! One of them is in the middle of a mating ritual!"
What awaits on the other side? Ekspidisi to the great unknown.
A view of the jetty from our room.
Super Junior's next album cover.
Muay Thai for life.
The "Our Eternal Love" pose.
After basking in the glorious seaside sun, we had some lunch and headed out for activities (snorkelling etc). The rental for snorkels is RM10 and flippers were RM5. They had life jackets for rent too but if you took the package, they will provide them for you so don't rent any.
The whole point of the trip was just to relax and unwind, so we didn't go crazy with the alcohol or anything like that. Just.....relaxing all day long, with the melodies from my guitar, under the shade of a coconut tree, taking in the smell of the sea and the feel of the sand between our toes, feeling the breeze against our skin...Wah. Bestnyer...
Nightfall.
Julian the Boomer, Zenny the Jockey, and various common zombies AHAHA
Nice photo Leon!

Our last day there. Really didn't feel like leaving sial...oh well, there's always next time! Everyone was baked and extra crispy though.
Can't wait for the next trip to happen *AAA-Bali-Chooozers*
HAHAHAHHAHA I ROFL-coptered at the mating ritual one.
